To process a Worldwide Express Freight small package shipment:
Create a profile if
needed. See About
the Profile Editor.
Process the Worldwide
Express Freight small package shipment like an International shipment
(see Process
an International Shipment) but with the following Shipping window
changes:
On the Service tab:
To select a service, click the down arrow in the UPS Service box and select one of the Worldwide Express Freight services.
Worldwide Express Freight Midday displays as a Need It There Sooner option for Worldwide Express Freight shipments.
The Package Type box is renamed Pallet Type.
The Length, Width, and Height boxes are required for each pallet.
The Pieces on Pallet box is required for each pallet.
Package Weight is renamed Pallet Weight.
The Pkg button on the Navigation Bar is renamed Plt.
On the Options tab:
The Package Options box is renamed to Pallet Options. For details on shipment and pallet options that may appear, see Shipment, Package, and Pallet Options.
On the Detail tab:
Package Details is renamed Pallet Details.
The Package Type box is renamed Pallet Type.
The Large Package check box and the Billed Weight field do not appear.
The Merchandise Description for Package box is renamed Merchandise Description for Pallet.
On the Reference tab:
The Use On All Packages check boxes are renamed Use On All Pallets.
On the Customs Documentation tab:
If you select the Packing List check box, the Packing List window for Air Freight appears instead of the window for small package shipments.
After clicking the Process Shipment button:
The Pickup/Drop-Off and Delivery Details Dialog window appears. See Schedule Worldwide Express Freight Pickup/Drop Off Shipment Processing.
A label for each pallet and other international documents print.
