The UPS Rate and Service Guide describes the different services you can select and the options that are available for each service.
To view this guide:
On the UPS.com tab, select UPS Home. The UPS.com Home page displays.
Scroll down to the bottom, under the Need Help? section and click View UPS Shipping Cost, Rates and Charges.
Select a rate type to view.
