To process an international shipment:
Specify the shipment-level and package-level details, such as:
A UPS service, package type, bill-to information, and package weight, as needed. See Specify the Shipping Services.
Shipping options. See Specify the Shipping Options.
Special instructions for the shipment, the size of the package if needed, and any merchandise descriptions of the packages. See Specify the Shipping Details.
Shipment and package reference numbers. See Specify the Reference Numbers.
Record the customs documents and goods details. See Specify Customs Documentation Information.
Add packages as needed by clicking the Add button on the Shipment Navigation Bar (see Use the Shipment Navigation Bar) and repeat step 4 for each additional package.
When you are finished, click the Process Shipment button.

When you click Process Shipment WorldShip will validate the receiver e-mail address and display a message indicating the shipment may require documentation from the receiver if:
The receiver e-mail address is blank.
The shipment is a worldwide shipment (excludes domestic and transborder.)
The shipment is not a Return Service shipment.
You have the option to enter the e-mail address now. If you select Yes, WorldShip will return to the Ship To, E-mail Address field. If you select No, WorldShip will process the shipment. You can stop the display of this message by selecting the Do not show this dialog box again check box.
