Consolidated Invoice Detail

The shipper has the option of creating a Consolidated Invoice Detail report (CID) only for a UPS World Ease master shipment. The CID will be sent electronically if you have a paperless contract. If you require a hard copy of the CID, it will automatically print if you have a 041 World Ease Contract or select Print copy of Paperless Documents. The report can also be reprinted from history.

Note:  UPS World Ease is available only if you have a contract for this service.

This report shows the following:

• Master Shipment ID, Clearance Country or Territory, Clearance Port, Importer Account Number, bill-to information, Shipper Number, UPS Service, Total Packages, Total Shipments and General Description of Goods.

• Details from the Master Invoice.

• Details from the Child Shipment Invoice.

Place this report in the documentation pouch on the Doc Box of the master shipment. See Assemble Master Shipments with Appropriate Documentation. If you do not use a packing slip or a manifest, you can duplicate this report and place it in the Doc Box.
