Note: UPS World Ease is available only if you have a contract for this service.
A World Ease master shipment consists of the following components:
Doc Box - The Doc Box (a burgundy-striped box) is the lead package in a World Ease master shipment. Prepare the Doc Box as follows:
Affix the World Ease Thermal 4" x 11" label to the top of the box. See Labels for UPS World Ease.
Tip: Use the System Preferences Editor to set your preferences to print these labels. To set up your printer, see Set Up for Thermal 4 x 11 Labels.
Affix the documentation pouch to the top of the Doc Box. The following documents print during close out and should be included in this pouch: three copies of the Master Invoice and one copy of the Consolidated Invoice Detail report.
Tip: Use the World Ease tab in the Shipper Editor to set your preferences for the number of copies to print for each export document. See the World Ease Tab.
Place the individual packing list for each consignee, a manifest and/or Child Shipment Invoices inside the Doc Box.
Note: WorldShip supports World Ease Paperless shipments with no physical Doc Box and will not display a physical Doc Box in the shipping history or when you edit a master shipment. For Paperless Shipments without a Doc Box, WorldShip prints a Summary label with instructions.
Tip: If you create a World Ease shipment without a Doc Box, you can print Paperless documents during shipment processing or reprint international documents from the shipment history.
Child Shipment Packages
Attach the World Ease Thermal 4" x 11" label to the top of each package in a child shipment. See Labels for UPS World Ease.
