Note: UPS World Ease is available only if you have a contract for this service.
To edit an open master shipment:
On the My Services tab, select World Ease Manager. The UPS World Ease Manager window appears.
Select the open master shipment that you want to edit. The details of the shipment appear under Master Shipment Detail.
Use the following buttons under View/Edit to edit this shipment:
Click the Importer button to display the Importer Address window for the master shipment detailed under Master Shipment Detail. Use this window to view or edit information for the selected master shipment.
Click the Exporter button to display the Exporter Address Information window for the master shipment detailed under Master Shipment Detail. Use this window to view (but not edit) information for the selected master shipment.
Click the Int’l Docs button to display the International Documents window for the master shipment detailed under Master Shipment Detail. Use this window to view or edit information for the selected master shipment.
Click the Doc Box button to display the Doc Box Information window for the master shipment detailed under Master Shipment Detail. Use this window to view or edit the Ship To address of the Doc Box for the selected master shipment.
Click the ... button next to Third Party to display the Third Party Address window for the master shipment detailed under Master Shipment Detail. Use this window to view (but not edit) third party information for the selected master shipment.
Click the OK button to return to the UPS World Ease Manager window.
Click the Exit button.
