Note: UPS Trade Direct is available only if you have a contract for this service.
Use the Shipper Editor to add or modify shipper information and preferences for multiple shippers. On the various tabs in this window, you can set the alternate Ship From, preferences, international, UPS World Ease (if available) and Trade Direct settings. See About the Shipper Editor.
Shipper settings specific to a Trade Direct shipper include:

On the Alternate Ship From tab, fields are filled with the destination CFS for that Trade Direct shipper. You can change all information except for the Country box.
On the Preferences tab, aggregation is available for a Trade Direct shipper only if the destination CFS and the ultimate consignee for that shipper are within the United States or Puerto Rico.
On the Preferences tab, the UPS Copy and Shipper's Copy boxes allow you to specify the number of copies to print for the UPS Copy, UPS Turn-In Copy, and Shipper's Copy documents. These boxes are available only if the shipper origin is other than the United States or Puerto Rico.
On the International tab, the Print Invoice check box allows you to print child shipment invoices using UPS WorldShip.
On the Trade Direct tab, fields are available for Consolidated Movement, UPS Small Package, LTL/TL and Dangerous Goods settings.
Use the System Preferences Editor to add or modify system preferences. On the various tabs in this window, you can set electronic scale or dimensioner (if available), printer and label, Shipment Detail Report, shipping, and other miscellaneous system preferences.
