To remove the current WorldShip database and replace it with a new empty one, do the following:
NOTE: Creating a new database will reset WorldShip to the state it was in when it was first installed. The WorldShip account will need to be registered when WorldShip is launched after you have created a new database.
On Windows task bar, click Start. (Windows 8.x move the mouse to the right side of the screen and click Search)
In the Search box type UPS WorldShip Support Utility.
Click UPS WorldShip Support Utility in the results.
In the UPS WorldShip Support Utility window, double click Data Maintenance.
In the UPS WorldShip Data Maintenance window, Database Operations section, click Advanced.
In the Advanced Options window, click Create New.
In the Please Select Database window, WorldShip Database is selected by default. Click OK.
Read the message in theSupport Utility window.
Click Yes to create a back-up and continue.
Click No to not create a back-up and continuer.
Click Cancel to exit without any changes.
Click OK when the 'back-up completed' message is displayed.
When the Support Utility window appears again, a message is displayed indicating that the system was successfully restored. Click OK and follow the prompts to exit the UPS WorldShip Support Utility.
When you are prompted with the message 'Are you sure you want to exit the UPS Support application?||apos||, click Yes.
