This window is the main window in UPS WorldShip and consists of the following:
Title Bar : Appears at the top of the Shipping and Shipment History windows and shows the product title and the active collection date (if Future Date Processing is turned on). For information on the Collection Date mode, see About Future Date Processing.
Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar : Appears at the top of the Shipping and Shipment History windows. Use these navigation items to do common WorldShip tasks. See Ribbon Navigation.
Social Media and Live Chat Bar : Appears at the top of the Shipping window under the toolbar. This bar includes buttons to link to the following: Live Chat, WorldShip Community, You Tube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and WorldShip Beta Testing.
Ship To/Collection From tab : Specify name and address information.
When you process a shipment, this tab reads Ship To and the fields identify the company or person to whom you are sending your shipment.
When you select the Return Services or Import Control tickbox on the Options tab, this tab reads Collect From and the fields identify the company or person from whom you are requesting a shipment to be collected.

Ship From/Return To tab : Specify name and address information.
When you process a shipment, this tab reads Ship From and the fields identify the return address or the alternate return address information of the active shipper, as identified in the Shipper box. You can edit these fields.
When you select the Return Services or Import Control tickbox on the Options tab, this tab reads Return To and the fields identify the company or person to whom you are requesting a shipment be returned.

Distribution tab : Process a shipment for all or a portion of an existing distribution list.
See Process Identical Shipments with a Distribution List.
Note for Air/Ground Freight: This tab does not appear for Air or Ground Freight shipments.
Service tab : Select or view the shipment and parcel services, the bill transportation to information, the weight and the shipment cost.

Notes:
If a service or option is not available in your country, it may not appear, or it may not be active.
If you select or change a parcel type or enter or change the dimensions of your parcel, your selections/entries also appear in the Parcel Type, Length, Width and Height boxes on the Detail tab. You can change your entries on either tab.
If you enter or change reference numbers, your entries also appear in the Reference Number boxes on the Reference tab. You can change your entries on either tab.
If in Shipment Entry processing mode, UPS WorldShip selects the All Parcels Identical tickbox under Weight and divides the total shipment weight by the number of parcels. If all parcels are not identical, clear this tickbox to process the shipment in Parcel Entry processing mode.
Notes to UPS World Ease users:
You can also select the World Ease shipment option on this tab.
For World Ease master shipments with a third-party address, the Bill Third Party tickbox is inactive and selected.
Notes to UPS Trade Direct users:
You can also select the LTL/TL Shipment shipment option on this tab.
For LTL/TL shipments, the fields under Parcel are replaced with Freight Line fields.
Notes to Air and Ground Freight users:
You can select or view the UPS service, bill transportation to information and Air or Ground Freight commodity list.

Options tab : Select shipment and parcel options.
The left side of the tab lists shipment and parcel options available for the service you chose on the Service tab. To select an option, select the tickbox next to that option.
Tip: If the Shipment Entry processing mode is active, the left side of the tab lists shipment options only and WorldShip changes the Additional Handling and Declared Value parcel options to shipment options.
The right side of the tab shows the information needed when you select an option. Also, the total cost appears and you can click the Detail Cost button to see the shipment detail cost.
Tip: If the Shipment Entry processing mode is active, you cannot enter the number of Additional Handling parcels because the option is automatically applied to all parcels.

Detail tab : Specify the parcel detail or shipment details, a merchandise description and any special instructions as needed.
Tips:
If you select or change a parcel type or enter or change the dimensions of your parcel, your selections/entries also appear in the Parcel Type, Length, Width and Height boxes on the Service tab. You can change your entries on either tab.
If the Shipment Entry processing mode is active, you cannot enter the number of Large Parcel parcels because Large Parcel is automatically applied to all parcels.

Reference tab : Specify up to five reference numbers, which can contain any relevant shipment and parcel information you want to collect, such as a purchase request number, department number, accounting code and delivery instructions. For each number, you can select the Use on All Parcels tickbox to use the same reference number for all parcels in your shipment.
Note: If you enter or change a reference number in the Reference Number 1 or Reference Number 2 box, your entry also appears in the same Reference Number box on the Service tab. You can change your entries on either tab.
