The Declaration Statement Editor allows you to view a list of available declaration statements and allows you to add, modify, and delete custom declaration statements. See Add a Custom Declaration Statement and Modify or Delete a Custom Declaration Statement.
When you click the down arrow in the Declaration Statement Name box in the Declaration Statement Editor window, all your custom declaration statements appear along with the predefined declaration statements. You cannot modify or delete the predefined declaration statements.
To display the Declaration Statement Editor, do one of the following:
On the Tools tab, select More Tools and then Create a Custom Declaration Statement.
On the International tab in the Modify Shipper window, click the ... button next to the Declaration Statement box.
On the Invoice tab in the Shipping and Profile Editor windows, click the ... button next to the Declaration Statement box.
In the World Ease Create Master Shipment - Step 3 of 3 (International Documents) window, click the ... button next to the Declaration Statement box.
In the Trade Direct Enter Consolidated Movement - Step 2 of 2 window, click the ... button next to the Declaration Statement box.
