UPS WorldShip provides the following types of help:
Ribbon - Point to (but do not click) a command on the Shipping or Shipment History window ribbon and hold the pointer there for a second or two. UPS WorldShip displays the name of the command along with a brief definition of the command. See Ribbon Navigation.
Context-Sensitive Help - WorldShip includes two types of context-sensitive help, as follows:
To display an overview help topic for the displayed window, click the Help button, click the question mark button in the top right corner, or press the F1 key on your keyboard.
To display field-level help in a pop-up window, point to (but do not click) a field. These pop-up windows appear only for select fields on the following tabs: Ship To, Ship From, Service, Options, Detail, Reference, and Customs Documentation.
WorldShip Help Search Box - On the Support tab, type a word or phrase in the Search Help box and click the Go button. The Search Support page displays related help topics to view.
The Support tab on the Ribbon also provides access to user guides, self-service options, and assistance on managing WorldShip data.
