Create Master Shipments Manually

Note: UPS World Ease is available only if you have a contract for this service.

To create a master shipment manually:

1. On the My Services tab, select World Ease Manager. The UPS World Ease Manager window appears.

2. Click the Create Master Shipment button. The Create Master Shipment - Step 1 of 3 [Shipment Information] window appears.

3. Specify the shipment information for this master shipment.

4. Click the Next button. The Create Master Shipment - Step 2 of 3 [Importer Address] window appears.

5. Specify the importer address information for this master shipment.

6. Click the Next button. The Create Master Shipment - Step 3 of 3 [International Documents] window appears.

7. Specify the international document information for this master shipment.

8. Click the Finish button. The UPS World Ease Manager window appears and shows the master shipment in the master shipment list.
