Various types of labels and documents are printed after processing a child shipment and after closing out a consolidated movement. The types of labels and documents that print depend on the type of shipment and label and document specifications you selected. See Set Shipper and System Preferences.
The following labels and documents may print:
For a UPS Small Package child shipment, package labels, child shipment invoice, UPS Copy, UPS Turn-In Copy, and Shipper’s Copy.
For an LTL/TL child shipment, carton/drum (etc.) labels, LTL/TL pallet labels, child shipment invoice, and LTL/TL Bill of Lading.
After closing a consolidated movement, Consolidated Movement Customs Invoice, Consolidated Movement Bill of Lading, Consolidated Movement Summary Report, package pallet labels and other international documentation.
To reprint labels for a child shipment or consolidated movement:
Under UPS Consolidated Movements in the Shipment History window:
If you want to reprint a label for a specific child shipment, select the shipment.
If you want to reprint labels for an entire consolidated movement, select the movement.
On the Printing Activities tab, point to Labels and select one of the following:
Package Label to reprint labels for a UPS Small Package child shipment.
Carton to reprint carton labels for an LTL/TL child shipment.
LTL/TL Pallet to reprint pallet labels for an LTL/TL child shipment.
Package Pallet to reprint package pallet labels for a closed consolidated movement that contains at least one UPS Small Package type.
