Once you have created custom consignee labels, doc labels, or shipment label headers using the Custom Label Editor, you can select the custom labels and headers to print.
Note: Before selecting a custom consignee label, doc label, or shipment label header to print, you must set your printing preferences to print the labels and headers. See Set Printing Setup System Preferences.
To select a custom label or header:
Do one of the following:
To associate a custom label or header while creating a profile, click the Select Custom Label button in the Profile Editor window.
To associate one or more profiles to a custom label and/or shipment label header template, use the Custom Label Editor to make the associations. See Create or Edit a Consignee Label, Doc Label, or Shipment Label Header Template.
The Select Custom Label window appears.
Do one of the following:
For a small package shipment, click the down arrows in the Shipment Doc Label, Package Doc Label, Consignee Label, and Shipment Label Header boxes and select custom labels and header as needed.
For an Air Freight shipment, click the down arrows in the Air Freight Doc Label, Consignee Label, and Shipment Label Header boxes and select custom labels and header as needed.
For a Ground Freight shipment, click the down arrows in the Ground Freight Doc Label, Consignee Label, and Shipment Label Header boxes and select custom labels and header as needed.
Note: On Remote workstations, template names are appended with (Admin) or (Remote) to distinguish who created the templates.
Click the OK button.
