To edit packages and shipments:
In the Shipment History window under UPS Collections, click the plus symbol (+) next to UPS Collections to display its contents.
Select the shipment that you want to edit.
If the shipment icon shows an up arrow (

), you will need to void the shipment using the Void Shipments Page on the web. See Void or Delete Shipments Before End of Day.
Note: Icons with an up arrow indicate that some package detail information has already been sent to UPS.
WorldShip will prompt you to use the Void Shipments Page on the web.
After you void the shipment on the web, click Repeat to repeat, then edit the shipment details.
Click Process Shipment.
If the shipment icon does not display an arrow:
On the Home tab, select Edit/Reconcile.
WorldShip displays the first package of the shipment in the Shipping window where you can edit the shipment information.
Click Process Shipment.
