This window provides information about individual shipments and packages you have processed using the Shipping window. You cannot change most of the information you see in this window; however, you can select shipments and packages to edit, void and track. This topic does provide information on the few fields in which you can type information.
This window consists of the following:
Title Bar :
Appears at the top of the Shipping and Shipment History windows and shows the product title and the active collection date (if Future Date Processing is turned on). For information on the Collection Date mode, see About Future Date Processing.Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar :
Appears at the top of the Shipping and Shipment History windows. Use these navigation items to do common WorldShip tasks. See Ribbon Navigation.Tracking No/Pkg Ticket ID :
Allows you to search for a package/pallet/shipment by 1Z, Collection Reference Number, PRO number (Ground Freight), Shipment ID (Air Freight), Sub Pro number, Unique Shipment Identifier (USI), Package ID (UPS Mail Innovations) or Postal Service Tracking ID. Simply type all or part of the number in this box and click the Find button. See Quick Search for a Shipment. To do an advanced search, click the Find button and see Full Search for a Shipment.UPS Collections :
This area displays several types of shipments:
Deferred Shipments that were not completed and have not been assigned tracking numbers. These shipments may have missing shipment information (such as package weight).
Imported Shipments that were imported into WorldShip from an external source. These shipments have not been processed.
Pending Collection Shipments that are ready for End of Day processing. The scheduled collection date is listed for each Pending Collection group.
In Error Shipments or distribution list shipments that contain incomplete or invalid data.
Icons show the hierarchy of shipment information by descending levels:

icon indicates a type of shipment (see descriptions above). For Future Date Processing, the
icon indicates the active collection. (Note: The active collection date also appears on the title bar at the top of the Shipping and Shipment History windows.)

icon indicates a shipper for a specific type of shipment.
An
icon indicates a shipment (Ship To) for a specific shipper; an
icon indicates a Return Services shipment (if it was created by batch, it will be displayed as a separate shipment); an
icon indicates an Import Control shipment; an
icon indicates a Doc Box for a UPS World Ease master shipment. The

icons indicate marked shipments and marked Return Services shipments. The

icons indicate voided shipments and voided Return Services shipments. The
icon indicates shipments that you have manually marked as voided after voiding the shipments from the UPS Void Shipments Page.

icon indicates a package for a specific shipment; an
