You can quickly find a shipment in the Shipment History window.
To search for a shipment:
Type all or part of a 1Z tracking number, Collection Reference Number, PRO number, Shipment ID, Sub Pro number, Unique Shipment Identifier (USI), Package ID or Postal Service Tracking ID in the Tracking No./Pkg Ticket ID box.
Click the down arrow in the Type box and select the type of tracking number that you typed (that is, 1Z for a 1Z tracking number, Collection Reference Number for Ground Freight or Worldwide Express Freight, PRO number for Ground Freight, Shipment ID for Air Freight, Sub Pro for LTL, or USI for Trade Direct, Package ID for UPS Mail Innovations and Postal Service Tracking ID for UPS Mail Innovations).
Click the Find button. UPS WorldShip searches all shipments and selects the first shipment that matches your entry in the Tracking No./Pkg Ticket ID box:
If no shipment matches your entry, a message appears to that effect.
If one shipment matches your entry, WorldShip selects the shipment under UPS Collections, UPS Consolidated Movements, Worldwide Express Freight, or UPS Mail Innovations and displays information about the package/shipment on the right side of this window.
If more than one shipment matches your entry, WorldShip selects the first shipment under UPS Collections, UPS Consolidated Movements, Worldwide Express Freight, or UPS Mail Innovations, and the Find Navigation Bar appears. See Use the Find Navigation Bar.
