You can have your shipment collected from your home or office by scheduling your collection online at ups.com or by calling UPS Customer Service. UPS will collect all packages with a single collection request; you will not be charged collection fees per collection request.

Schedule a Collection

The following terms of service apply to UPS On-Call Collection:

• Available for valid UPS services, from and to valid UPS destinations.
• A collection may be scheduled for the same day or a valid future day, excluding UPS holidays.
• All shipments are subject to UPS Terms and Conditions of Service.

This service does not apply to:

• UPS Worldwide Express Freight and UPS Worldwide Express Freight Midday.

Note: UPS Worldwide Express Freight® collection or drop-off must be scheduled by calling UPS. UPS Worldwide Express Freight collections cannot be combined with UPS Domestic or Express small package collections.
