  • If UPS brokerage finds that your shipment requires additional information in order to clear customs, we'll contact you via email or text to provide this information through the UCIX portal.

    • Log into your UPS.com account.
    • Select “View Account Details” in the “Actions” menu.
    • Click on the "Paperless Invoicing" option and select "Enroll My Account."
