Keyed Import Window Overview

In this window, turn on or off Keyed Import and choose whether to use an existing data map file or create a data map file.

Use this window:

  1. To turn Keyed Import on or off:

  2. Select the Turn Off Keyed Import check box to turn off Keyed Import.

  3. Clear the Turn Off Keyed Import check box to turn on Keyed Import.

  1. To use an existing data map file:

    Note: You must turn on Keyed Import in step 1.

  2. Select the map file under Select Data Map File From List Below.

  3. Click the Finish button. The Enter Import Key window appears.

  4. Open the UPS WorldShip Help, click the Index tab, and request help on Keyed Import.

  5. Continue the process using the procedure in the help topic.

  2. Click the Create Map button. The Select Data Type window appears.

  3. Click the Help button. The Select Data Type Window Overview help topic appears.

  4. Continue the process using the procedure in the help topic.
