The Import/Export Wizard shows five steps to import information into UPS WorldShip.
Follow these steps to import information into WorldShip:
Select a Data Type.
The Import/Export Wizard allows you to import seven data types. See Select Data Type (Import) Window Overview.
Select the Data File Connection.
The Import/Export Wizard allows you to select a data file connection. See Connect Data To WorldShip Window Overview or Select Data Connection Window Overview.
Select the Data Source File.
For a new data connection, you can browse to your data source file.
When you select an existing data connection name, the Import/Export Wizard supplies the path.

Select the Table.
If your data type is a database, the Import/Export Wizard provides a list of the data source file tables.
If your data type is an Excel spreadsheet or a text file, the Import/Export Wizard provides the columns for your selection.

Map Your Data Fields with WorldShip Data Fields.
You can use drag-and-drop functionality to map your fields with WorldShip fields. The left pane shows a list of fields that are available from your data source file for importing or exporting. The right pane shows all the available WorldShip tabs to which you can map your fields. For example, drag the VendorName field from your data source file to the Customer or Name field on the Ship To tab. See Mapping Screen Window Overview.
