The UPS Mail Innovations tab allows you to select default settings for your UPS Mail Innovations shipments for a specific shipper, such as printing the Customs Declaration CN 22 and Shipment Control Form (SCF).
Note: This tab appears only if you have a contract for UPS Mail Innovations.
Using the UPS Mail Innovations tab:
Under CN 22:
Select the Print CN 22 check box to print the Customs Declaration CN 22 with your shipments. Clear this check box if you do not want to print this form with your shipments.
If you select the Print CN 22 check box, type the number of copies to print for each shipment in the Number of Copies to Print box. You can print a minimum of one or a maximum of nine copies.
Select the Print Combined Address and CN 22 Label for International Shipments check box to combine the CN 22 label and address label information on one label for international shipments. Clear this check box to print the CN 22 label and address label information on separate labels.
Once WorldShip acquires a CN 22 label number range successfully, the range appears beneath the Print Combined Address and CN 22 Labels for International Shipments check box.
Tip: The Customs Declaration CN 22, which includes the USPS number in the barcode, will not print without this range of numbers.
Under Shipment Control Form:
Select the Print SCF check box to print the SCF during close out of your shipments. Clear this check box if you do not want to print the SCF.
If you select the Print SCF check box, type the number of copies to print during close out of your shipments in the Number of Copies to Print box. You can print a minimum of two or a maximum of nine copies.
Under Default Return Type, click the down arrow in the Return Services Type box and select a default Return Services label type.
