Request Negotiated Rates for a Shipper

If the negotiated rates status for a shipper shows Click "Request Rates" in the Shipper Editor window, you can request rates.

To request negotiated rates for a shipper:

1. On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.

2. Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the shipper for which you want to request negotiated rates.

3. Click the Request Rates button. The Request Negotiated Rates Response window appears.
   
   Tip: This button is not active if the negotiated rates status is Disabled, Not Enabled, Rates Requested, or Rates Applied.

4. Read the message and then click the OK button.
