Note: The Address Validation and Classification Tool validates all US 50 addresses. It does not validate any other addresses, including Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) Ship To addresses.
Use the Address Book Editor to determine which Ship To addresses have and have not been validated by the Address Validation and Classification Tool.
To determine the status of an address:
On the Home tab, select Addresses and then Address Book. The Address Book Editor window appears.
Type the address information or click the down arrow in the Company or Name box and select an existing company or name.
Under Address Validation, use the Status and Date boxes to determine the following:

The address was not submitted for validation, the validated address was not reconciled, or the candidate address was not used. |
Date added or last updated. |

Pending |
The address was submitted for validation, but a response has not been returned. |
