View UPS Smart Pickup History

Notes:

• UPS Smart Pickup is available only if you have a contract for this pickup type.

• UPS WorldShip retains all Pickup Request Number (PRN) records based on the Purge UPS Smart Pickup Records system preference. See Set Miscellaneous System Preferences. This system preference determines the records shown in the UPS Smart Pickup History window.

To view the UPS Smart Pickup records stored in WorldShip:

1. On the Home tab, select Pickup Information and then View UPS Smart Pickup History. The UPS Smart Pickup History window appears.

2. View the current list of UPS Smart Pickup records by Shipper Number, PRN, and Pickup Date.

3. Click a column heading to sort the list in ascending or descending order by that criterion.

4. Pickups scheduled outside of WorldShip are not shown.

3. When you are finished, click the Close button.
