Process a Shipment with UPS Worldwide Economy

Note: UPS Worldwide Economy is available only if you have a contract for this service.

To process a Worldwide Economy shipment:

1. Select a shipper and a profile.

2. Specify the Ship To address.

3. Specify the shipment-level and package-level details, such as:

• A UPS Worldwide Economy service, Master Carton and package weight, as needed.

• Shippingoptions. See Specify the Shipping Options.

• Special instructions for the shipment, the size of the package if needed, and any merchandise descriptions of the packages. See Specify the Shipping Details.

• Shipment and package reference numbers. See Specify the Reference Numbers.

4. Record the goods details. See CN 22 Tab on Customs Documentation Tab.

5. When you are finished, click the Process Shipment button.

Note: To close out your Master Carton, right click the shipment from the History tab and select Close out Master Carton.
