This window appears if you select a package in a shipment and click the Detail Cost button in the Shipment History window. This window summarizes the cost of an individual package.

You can choose a primary and secondary rate type to display in this window by simply setting a shipper editor preference. See Set Rate Type and Storage Preferences.
