Set Up a Report, an Invoice, or a Dangerous Goods Printer

To print reports, Invoices, or Dangerous Goods documents, use a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet-compatible printer.

To set up a report, an Invoice, or a Dangerous Goods printer:

  1. On the Tools tab, select System Preferences and then Printing Setup. The Printing Setup tab in the System Preferences Editor window appears.

  2. Type a unique ID for the printer in the Printer ID box.

  3. Click the down arrow in the Printer Type box and select the type of printer (that is, Report, Invoice, or Dangerous Goods).

  4. Select the Default Printer check box if this printer is the default printer. One default printer is allowed for each printer type.

  5. Click the Add button. The Print window appears.

  6. Under Printer, click the down arrow in the Name box and select your printer.

  7. Click the OK button. The Printing Setup tab appears.

  8. Select the new printer in the Printer grid and click the Print Test Page button to make sure your printer is correctly set up for UPS WorldShip. If the document does not print correctly, recheck your configuration.
