Origin and/or destination countries may require a compliance ID for customs clearance. This tab will improve the customer experience and reduce import delays to time in transit for non-document shipments by allowing you to enter the required ID(s).
For your shipment, you can enter the compliance ID(s) in the Compliance IDs grid window.
Req. - A checkbox in this field will indicate that the ID Number is required.
ID Owner - This field will indicate who the owner (Shipper or Receiver) is for the ID Number to be entered on that row.
Compliance Country - The ID Number provided will be used by the origin or destination for custom clearance purposes.
ID Type - Select the type for the ID Number being provided. The types of IDs available to select are accepted for the shipment.
ID Number - Enter the ID number for the shipment.
Issuing Country - This field is required for some ID types. Select the Country that issued the ID being entered.
