If you have not completed your Air or Ground Freight shipment, you can save it as a draft:
In the Shipping window, select Save Shipment on the Home tab. The Save As Draft window appears and informs you that the shipment was saved as a draft in the Shipment History window.
Click the OK button. The draft shipment appears in the Shipment History window in the Draft folder under Air Freight or Ground Freight.
Note: If you created a Packing List for the draft shipment, it was not saved with the draft shipment.
When you are ready to continue work on the draft shipment:
In the Shipment History window, select the draft shipment.
On the Home tab, select Edit/Reconcile.
Continue processing the shipment.
