Note: UPS World Ease is available only if you have a contract for this service.
To close out master shipments:
On the My Services tab, select World Ease Manager. The UPS World Ease Manager window appears.
Select the master shipment(s) you want to close out.
Click the Close Out Master Shipment button.
If you selected the Batch Print World Ease EEIs check box on the International tab in the Shipper Editor window to print World Ease EEIs in a batch, a message asks if you want to print the EEIs now. To print the EEIs now, click the Yes button.
Tip: If you click the No button, remember to print all EEIs before your UPS driver arrives to collect your shipment(s). See Reprint International Documents.
If no child shipments are associated with the selected master shipment, a message states that continuing with close out will void the master shipment and asks if you want to void the selected shipment. To void the master shipment, click the Yes button.
The international documents and labels print, and the message "Successfully closed the World Ease Shipment with ID: xxxxxxxxxxx" appears.
Click the OK button. The UPS World Ease Manager window appears.
Click the Exit button. The Shipment History window shows the closed master shipments under Closed World Ease Shipments.
