Modify or Delete a Custom Declaration Statement

To modify or delete a custom declaration statement:

1. On the Tools tab, select More Tools and then Create a Custom Declaration Statement. The Declaration Statement Editor window appears.
   
   Note: You can also access the Declaration Statement Editor window from other windows. See About the Declaration Statement Editor.

2. Click the down arrow in the Declaration Statement Name box and select the custom declaration statement that you want to modify or delete. The associated text appears in the Declaration Statement Text box.

3. Take the appropriate action:

4. To modify a declaration statement, make the changes in the Declaration Statement Text box and click the Modify button.

5. To delete the declaration statement, click the Delete button. A confirmation message appears. Click the Yes button to continue the deletion.

Your modifications appear in the Declaration Statement Name box.
