If the status of a shipper shows Rejected in the Shipper Editor window, you can delete it from the Existing Shipper Numbers list.
Note: You cannot delete a shipper with an Approved or a Pending status.
To delete a rejected shipper:
On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.
Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the rejected shipper you want to delete.
Click the Delete button. A confirmation message appears.
Click the Yes button.
When you are finished, click the Close button.
