This window allows you to save import tariff codes to your goods that you expect to specify in shipments to international destinations. Harmonised tariff codes provided by UPS as your customs broker will also be saved here.
The Harmonised Tariff Code Editor allows you to add, modify, or delete a list of tariff codes for your goods that you expect to specify in International shipments. After adding the tariff codes to the Harmonised Tariff Code Editor, you will see the correct tariff code for your shipment populated during shipping based on your shipment destination. The correct tariff code will also be populated in the results when you search for a commodity while creating an International Shipment. See Search for and Select a Commodity for an International Shipment.
