Track UPS Mail Innovations Shipments from the UPS Tracking Page

Note: The command for the procedure below appears only if you have a contract for the UPS Mail Innovations service.

To use the UPS Tracking Page to track a UPS Mail Innovations shipment:

1. Navigate to the UPS.com tab and select UPS Mail Innovations Tracking. Your system connects to the UPS Tracking Page.

Note: If you see a Security Alert window, click the Yes button.

2. Click the Reference Number under the Track icon.

3. Type the Package ID or Mail Manifest ID that you want to track.

4. Click the Track button. Your system connects to the UPS Tracking Number Response Page.

5. Review the information on your shipment.

6. Click the X button in the upper-right corner of the page to close the page.
