Set Rate Type and Storage Preferences

The Shipper Editor allows you to select a primary and secondary rate type to:

• Display rates in the Shipping and Shipment History windows.

• Display rates on the package and shipment doc labels.

• Display rates on the Daily Shipment Detail Report.

• Store rates to use during shipment exports.

To specify the rate type preferences for a specific shipper:

1. On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.

2. Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the shipper for which you want to specify the rate type preferences.

3. Click the Modify button. The Modify Shipper window appears.

4. Click the Rating Preferences tab and select the appropriate rate type for each field.

5. Click the OK button. The Shipper Editor window appears.

6. Click the Close button.
