If you start to record a shipment and decide to complete it later, save the shipment instead of deleting and re-entering the shipment later.
To save a shipment:
Record as much shipment information as you can.
On the Home tab, select Save Shipment. The shipment is saved in the Saved Shipments list under UPS Pickups in the Shipment History window.
