This message displays when you attempt to void a small package, World Ease or UPS Returns Exchange shipment which has already been transmitted to UPS. These shipments are indicated by an up arrow (, , ). To avoid being billed for the selected shipment, all packages related to the shipment must be voided from the Void Portal Shipments Page. Depending on the shipment type, do one of the following:
Void ALL small packages in a shipment.
Void ALL packages in a World Ease movement.
Void ALL packages in both Outbound and Return shipments for UPS Returns Exchange.
Click OK for WorldShip to launch the Void Portal Shipment Page where you can complete the void process. Click Cancel to return to WorldShip.
WorldShip will display a message asking if you have voided all packages in the shipment, movement or Outbound and Return shipment.
Click Yes to have all packages in the shipment marked void. Click No to close the message without marking any shipments.
