The following labels and documents print during shipment processing and can be reprinted at shipment and package level for pending and closed-out shipments: UPS Mail Innovations labels, Customs Declaration CN 22 and doc labels.
The following documents print during close out and can be reprinted as needed: Shipment Control Form and Daily Shipment Detail Report.
To reprint the UPS Mail Innovations or doc labels at the closed out shipment or package level:
Select the shipment under UPS Mail Innovations in the Shipment History window.
On the Printing Activities tab, select Labels and then the type of label to print. The label prints.
To reprint the Customs Declaration CN 22 at the closed out shipment or package level:
Select the shipment under UPS Mail Innovations in the Shipment History window.
On the Printing Activities tab, select International and then CN 22. The document prints.
To reprint reports at the shipper or closed out level:
Select the shipper or closed out date and time in the Shipment History window.
On the Printing Activities tab, select Reports and then Shipment Detail or Shipment Control Form. The report prints.
