UPS WorldShip allows you to incorporate a graphical image in the top 2-inch (or local equivalent) extended area of the Thermal 4" x 8" or 4" x 8¼" label (or local equivalent), as follows:
Print a unique graphical image, such as your company logo.
Print labels on preprinted label stock.
To select a graphical image option for the extended area of the Thermal 4" x 8" or 4" x 8¼" (or local equivalent) label:
Set up to print Thermal 4x8 or 4x8¼ (or local equivalent) labels.
During set up, be sure to select the appropriate graphical option:
Graphical Image (Company Logo) - prints a graphical image (such as a company logo) in the extended area. If you select this option, you must specify the graphical image to print. See below.
Preprinted Label Stock - prints the label on preprinted label stock.

To specify the graphical image (Company logo) to print in the extended area of the Thermal 4" x 8" or 4" x 8¼" (or local equivalent) label:
On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.
Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the shipper for which you want to select a graphical image option.
Click the Modify button. The Modify Shipper window appears.
Click the Preferences tab. The Preferences tab appears.
Click the Select Image button. The Open window appears.
Navigate to and select the image file you want to print on the labels for this shipper and click the Select button. The Preferences tab appears.
Click the OK button. The Shipper Editor window appears.
Click the Close button.
