UPS WorldShip provides the following types of help:
Ribbon - Point to (but do not click) a command on the Shipping or Shipment History window ribbon and hold the pointer there for a second or two. UPS WorldShip displays the name of the command along with a brief definition of the command. See Ribbon Navigation.
Context-Sensitive Help - WorldShip includes two types of context-sensitive help, as follows:
To display an overview help topic for the displayed window, click the Help button, click the question mark button in the top right corner, or press the F1 key on your keyboard.
To display field-level help in a pop-up window, point to (but do not click) a field. These pop-up windows appear only for select fields on the following tabs: Ship To, Ship From, Service, Options, Detail, Reference, and Customs Documentation.
Note: Use the Miscellaneous tab in the System Preferences Editor to turn field-level help on or off. See Set Miscellaneous System Preferences.
WorldShip Help - On the Support tab, select WorldShip and then UPS WorldShip Help to display this help and then use the following tabs as needed:
Click the Contents tab to browse through a list of topics by category. From this tab, select a book to display the available help topics and then select the desired topic to display it in the pane on the right.
Click the Index tab to browse through a list of index entries. From this tab, browse and select a help topic or else type a keyword to automatically scroll to a particular area of the list and then select the desired index entry to display a relevant topic in the pane on the right. Keywords and phrases in an Index may or may not be included in the associated help topic title and text.
Click the Search tab to search for specific words or phrases in the help topics, instead of searching for information by category. From this tab, type the word or phrase for which you are looking and press the Enter key or click the Go button. The Search tab displays every topic that contains the particular word or phrase in the pane on the right. To effectively use the Search tab in the Help window, remember that you can do the following:
- Type both upper and lowercase letters. The Search functionality is not case sensitive.
- Type any combination of letters (a through z) and numbers (0 through 9).
- Skip typing punctuation marks such as a period, colon, comma, etc., which the Search functionality ignores.

WorldShip Help Search Box - On the Support tab, type a word or phrase in the Search Help box and click the Go button. The Search Support page displays related help topics to view. You can also use the Search tab in the UPS WorldShip Help (see explanation above).
