To change a collection date for a Pending Collection group or individual shipment:
In the Shipment History window, select the Pending Collection group or individual shipment for which you want to change the date.
On the Home tab, select Collection Date and then Change Collection Date. The Change Collection Date window appears.
Click the down arrow and select the collection date on the calendar.
Tips:
The date can be up to 183 calendar days in the future.
You cannot select a Sunday collection date.
When you change a collection date from a Saturday to a weekday or from a weekday to a Saturday, the Saturday Collection shipment option is automatically removed or added for the shipment(s).
Click OK. The shipment(s) appears under the appropriate Pending Collection group for the collection date in the Shipment History window.
