In view of the road traffic diversions and regulation plans in Hanoi city issued by the Hanoi authorities in Decision No.01/2026/QĐ-UBND, UPS is temporarily adjusting the shipment pickup cut-off time in Hanoi metro areas.
Effective immediately until further notice, the UPS shipment pickup cutoff time in Hanoi metro areas is adjusted to 3PM (local time) to ensure that UPS vehicles can exit all restricted areas before road closures resume.
Kindly note that UPS Service Guarantee does not apply for service delays caused by measures that are beyond UPS control.

The Vietnamese government recently restructured administrative units nationwide. Businesses and individuals are responsible for using the updated address format moving forward.
We are currently updating our shipping systems to accommodate the new address formats to support you in adapting to the new administrative changes.
In the meantime, you are strongly encouraged to submit your updated company billing address, and pick-up and delivery address by filling in this form ASAP.
