    • Enter or scan your tracking or InfoNotice number to view package status.

    • Create shipments quickly using your UPS.com shipping and payment preferences.

No, though users can access UPS My Choice through the UPS App. They are two separate entities, each with different capabilities.

  • A UPS My Choice membership is NOT required to do the following in the UPS App:

    • Track a package
    • Ship a package*
    • Get a shipping quote*
    • See shipping history
    • Find UPS locations

* UPS username is required in select countries.

  • A free UPS My Choice membership IS required to:

    • Reroute or reschedule package deliveries
    • Get estimated and confirmed delivery windows
    • Track and manage multiple packages at once
    • Set driver instructions
    • Plan deliveries around your schedule
    • Route packages to a UPS Access Point™ location for convenient pickup
