You can arrange a one-time package pickup when creating a shipment on ups.com or by using UPS On-Call Pickup.
When creating a shipment on ups.com: You can select a pickup option after providing your shipment destination and package details. If a pickup fee applies, it will be added to your total cost.
When using UPS On-Call Pickup: You'll be asked to provide your shipment details before selecting a one-time pickup option. If a pickup fee applies, you can choose to pay online or pay the driver at pickup.

Options for changing pickup locations for packages already en route:
Use UPS Tracking. Enter your tracking number at UPS Tracking. If your package is eligible to be delivered, you’ll see a link for Delivery Options. Click Delivery Options, then Change Location and then Redirect to a Convenient Location for Pickup.
Use the UPS My Choice® Delivery Planner. UPS My Choice offers consumers a convenient and secure way to manage their incoming packages. Members receive advance notification that a shipment is on the way and have the chance to add new delivery and pickup instructions.
