Recent Enhancements:
UPS Premier service has introduced several global upgrades to improve its advanced logistics offerings:

• Expansion of UPS Premier Silver in Asia Pacific: UPS Healthcare has expanded its Premier Silver service to six more countries: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. The service will soon launch in Australia and Japan. This expansion simplifies the management of critical healthcare product shipments across the region. With RFID technology, the service enables priority paths within the network, ensuring reliable handling for small parcel shipments requiring priority service without temperature control.
• Gel Pack Replenishment in the U.S.: UPS Healthcare has increased its network of U.S.-based gel pack replenishment locations. This upgrade ensures that temperature-sensitive shipments in passive packaging remain within required temperature ranges, protecting products from spoilage during transit.
• Mobile Activation for UPS Premier Gold Tags: Customers can now activate UPS Premier Gold labels directly from their mobile devices, streamlining the shipment preparation process. This enhancement offers a seamless, self-service experience, giving customers greater control and flexibility.

Coming in 2025:

• Enhanced Data Logger Integration: UPS Healthcare can now integrate data loggers with UPS Premier Silver and Gold labels, enabling better real-time monitoring of supply chains. Cellular and mesh sensor trackers can feed live data into the UPS Premier dashboard, enhancing visibility and efficiency across shipping networks. Select data loggers will be available first, with more options to be provided later.
