Changing a Delivery You’ve Sent

With UPS Delivery Intercept®, you can request that we cancel or reroute a shipment you’ve sent, prior to delivery, with one of our four options.

Terms of Service

• UPS Delivery Intercept is available for package deliveries within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, excluding UPS Express CriticalSM service
• Fees may apply for all types of requests, however, you’ll only be charged if the request is completed.

How To Request an Intercept

You can request an intercept from the tracking detail page when tracking your package or you can follow the steps below to request one from your shipping history. Please note: you must request an intercept prior to the first delivery attempt.

  • Log in below to view your shipping history.
  • Choose the package(s) that you need to intercept from the list.
  • Once you have selected the appropriate package(s), you can choose between the different delivery change options available.
  • You’ll be prompted to provide a bit of additional info in order to submit the request.
