How long will it take for my package to arrive at its destination?

What are the UPS Ground with Freight rates?

You can obtain a rate for shipments over 150 lbs using your customer’s less-than-truckload shipping information.

This type of shipping is ideal for businesses that ship to facilities not designed to handle pallets, don’t have receiving docks and don’t require lift gate service.

US Import and US Export Surcharges: Effective July 6, 2026

Effective July 6, 2026, the following surcharges will increase:

  • Extended Area Surcharge will increase to the greater of $61.00 per shipment or $0.61 per lb.
  • Pickup Area Surcharge (for Express Freight or Express Freight Midday) will increase to the greater of $61.00 per shipment or $0.61 per lb.
  • Remote Area Surcharge (for non-U.S. origins and destinations) will increase to the greater of $61.00 per shipment or $0.61 per lb.
  • Residential Surcharge (for UPS® Standard Services) will increase to $6.60 per package
  • Residential Surcharge (for UPS International Air Services and UPS 3 Day Select®) will increase to $6.95 per package
International Ground & Air Fuel Surcharge: Effective June 1, 2026

Effective June 1, 2026, the U.S. International Ground Export Import Fuel Surcharge and the U.S. International Air-Export and International Air-Import Fuel Surcharge will change. Details on these changes can be found using the link below:

Ground Saver: Non-Compliant Label Fee

Effective on or after August 2, 2026, a $5.00 per package Non-Compliant Label Fee will apply to each UPS Ground Saver package if the Customer fails to:

  • Comply with the labeling requirements set forth in the UPS Guide to Labeling Supplement – UPS Ground Saver; or
  • Use the latest version of an approved shipping system that meets UPS’s requirements at the time of shipment for processing UPS Ground Saver packages.
