However, even without a UPS My Choice membership, if you weren't home during the first delivery attempt, you can request that UPS change the original delivery instructions for your shipment via phone or the Web. We offer numerous delivery change options:
*A fee is assessed for all types of requests except for Will Call and Return to Sender. You will only be charged if your intercept request is completed.
Note: Delivery to another address is not valid with UPS Worldwide Express FreightSM.
