Access the Manage Online Store Enrollments screen to add, remove, and reauthorize online stores or accounts.
From the Ship Online Store Orders screen you can view orders from all of your enrolled online store accounts, identify and edit orders, combine orders, and begin the shipment process. You must have at least one online store enrollment authorized in the Manage Online Store Enrollments screen to view orders.
This table displays active orders. UPS is provided with this information directly from the online store. If you need to change the status or information related to an order, you will need to do so from that online store's site.
Once your shipment details have been provided, your orders may be processed as shipments.
To ship single orders, select the Ship Single Order radio button at the top of the Ship Online Store Orders screen.
To ship multiple orders, select the 'Multiple Orders' radio button at the top of the Ship Online Store Orders screen.
If you have multiple orders going to the same recipient, UPS marketplace shipping will allow you to combine orders.
If you ship using WorldShip, UPS marketplace shipping provides you with the capability to export and import online store orders.
Note: You cannot void an order that has been imported to UPS marketplace shipping from WorldShip.
Select the Order History tab in Ship Online Store Orders. On this screen you may view the details for all orders that you have shipped. You may view history information for orders shipped in the last 90 days. Up to the last 250 orders will be displayed. Any UPS marketplace shipping shipments that you have processed in UPS Shipping or UPS WorldShip will be visible in the UPS marketplace shipping Order History.
