Ship Orders

From the Ship Online Store Orders screen you can view orders from all of your enrolled online store accounts, identify and edit orders, combine orders, and begin the shipment process. You must have at least one online store enrollment authorized in the Manage Online Store Enrollments screen to view orders.

Order Summary Table

This table displays active orders. UPS is provided with this information directly from the online store. If you need to change the status or information related to an order, you will need to do so from that online store's site.

  • Table displays maximum of 250 open orders.
  • An open order is an order that has not been shipped or may have been partially shipped.
  • If you have partially shipped an order, you will need to update the online store. The unshipped portion of a partially shipped order is treated as an open order.
  • You can search your open orders by entering Ship To, Order #, Online Store Nickname, etc.
  • You can sort orders by Order Date or Ship To.
  • You can filter orders by a specific day (1,3,7,14, or 30) or enter in a custom date range up to 60 days.

Order Details

  • The order in the Order Summary table that is highlighted in green will appear in the Order Details section on the right side of the screen.
  • This displays the order details provided to UPS marketplace shipping from the online store.
  • If the order's shipping information is incomplete, the "Order Missing Data" message will display in red text.
  • You are required to complete any missing shipping information in the order before you can ship.
  • If you have already set your shipping preferences for a service level, packaging type, or UPS billing method, any orders that are missing details will be automatically populated from your shipping preferences.
